Can I place an order over the phone?

We are unable to accept orders over the phone at this time.

 

Can I pay with gift cards?

The online store is unable to take gift cards. If you know the product you are wanting to purchase, you can contact one of our stores and they may be able to ship it to you.

 

Can I pay with PayPal?

We are unable to accept Paypal at this time.

 

Product Questions

I saw a product in the store but cannot find it online. How can I order it?

The stores carry more products than we do online. Call the store location where you saw that product and see if they can ship it to you. OR call us at (865) 722-1176 to see if we can help locate the item.

 

My air fryer quit working. What should I do?

What is the warranty on the Paula Deen cookware?

We have two manufacturers for our cookware. Please try to determine which style you have. Each manufacturer holds the warranty on their own products produced.

Shipping

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping charges vary due to the size, weight, and distance that the package will travel. Enter your shipping details at checkout for accurate shipping costs.

 

Why was my carrier changed to one I did not choose?

Sometimes your package may exceed the estimated box size and/or weight once your items are packed. To avoid passing increased shipping costs onto our customers, we change the carrier to one who offers shipping speeds closest to what you have paid for.

 

How long does it take to process my order?

During non-peak seasons, your order will be processed within 2 business days. If an order is placed after 1pm on a Friday, it may not go out until the next business day.

 

During peak holiday seasons, such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, it may take up to 4 business days to process an order.

 

Orders are not processed on nights or weekends. Orders are processed as first-in, first-out.

 

My package is lost or missing. What can I do?

If your package has not arrived but shows that it was delivered, contact your local carrier. The sooner you do this, the more likely they can correct any mistakes. Sometimes carriers mistakenly mark packages as delivered when they are still on the truck. If it still hasn’t arrived within 2 to 3 days, contact us at (865) 722-1176.

 

Check to see if your carrier hid your package as a precaution against theft and check around your home and with your neighbors.

 

Returns

How do I return an item?

Call us at (865) 722-1176 before returning any merchandise to ensure you are properly credited after your return arrives back at the warehouse. At that time you will have two options for returns.

 

Option 1: Request a return shipping label be sent to you by email. Print the label and take it to any UPS store to be returned to us at the address below. We do not pay for return shipping, so if a return label is sent to you, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Option 2: After speaking with our team, take your return to a carrier of your choice and send to the address below.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Once your item has been returned to us safely and in resalable condition, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. However, your bank has up to 30 days to complete the process.

 

Can I return food products?

We cannot accept returns on food at this time.
